Job Description:

• Swiftly address client queries and escalations
• Provide assistance with Newsplanning.
• Help journalists with Research work.
• Send out daily reports.
• Collaborate with third parties to source photographs and videos.
• Collect data on global election events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in journalism or media studies (not a must)
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Effective at managing multiple and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter and willing to identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, 24/5 operations.
