Should be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize work primarily SFDC reporting and case management, Basic know of Salesforce and research mindset (ussage of D&B tool and map the company hierarchy)
Interpret complex data and able to update projects/cases on Salesforce
Meet all KPIs (Turnaround Time, Utilization, Productivity, Quality and Customer Satisfaction)
A team player with ability to learn best practices
Suggest process improvements, expansion on scope of projects/ approaches
Start building long term professional relationships with regular requestors and stakeholders

Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in General Business is preferred or equivalent work related experience
0-1 years professional work experience in similar position
knowledge/certification of Salesforce
Good communication and interpersonal skills
